  • Who is this program best suited for?
This program is best suited for those photographers who see themselves as artists uncomfortable with the money side but want to make a good living. This is perfect for photographers who just want to do what they love and don’t have the time or interest to learn everything there is to know about sales in order to be more profitable.

  • What is required to become a client?
    – A minimum of 100,000 annual gross revenue.
    – Established marketing with a minimum of 100 portrait sessions a year.

  • What is the advantage of having the Selling Company versus doing my own sales?
Learning how to be a stellar sales person takes years and many thousands of dollars in training. That’s why it’s a whole separate career. We help you skip all of that so that you can have the benefit of skilled experienced sales people immediately without having to master an entirely different skill set, or find, hire, train, and manage a sales person. Having us on your team immediately catapults your business to the next (very profitable) level.

With a proven track record of success, our team gives you your time back. Freedom to do more of what you love, or freedom to have a life away from your business. You’ll get notifications of how much money you’re making whether you’re at another shoot or on vacation.

You get to leave any discomfort around pricing and objections behind–no more dreading and avoiding the ordering process.

  • Is this a good fit for me?
If the last thing you want to do is deal with client objections and money conversations, this is for you. If you’ve avoided the sales aspect of your business by being shoot and burn, or you know you are undercharging but feel ill-equipped to do anything about it, this is for you.

  • How do I get started?
The first step is to apply. If your business is a good fit for this service, you’ll be invited to a zoom interview to get to know you and delve into your needs and how to best take care of them. From there you’ll go through a thorough onboarding process to set you up for success. You can have us do all of your sales, or however many you’d like.

  • What does it mean to hire The Selling Company? How does this all work?
Our sales people represent YOUR business as an extension of you. This is a white labeled service so we would never mention our business name, only yours. “Hello! My name is Gina with Blossom photography and I am excited to show you your images today” etc. This is an easy outsourcing opportunity that you don’t have to train or have the overhead for. Your clients will be impressed that you have a team of people working for you!

  • What is a white labeled outsourcing service like this?
“A white-label product is a product or service produced by one company that other companies rebrand to make it appear as if they had made it. The name derives from the image of a white label on the packaging that can be filled in with the marketer's trade dress.” - source: Wikipedia

  • How easy is it to get going with you guys?
It’s not hard, but it does take initial effort. The onboarding process involves pricing and product evaluations, booking process consultations, and a thorough walkthrough of your studio and business. After that, all you’ll need to do is give us your sessions and we take it from there!

  • This is my first time outsourcing and I feel like there might be a disconnect for my clients not seeing me for their ordering appointment?
We coach you about how to talk to your clients about what happens next so that they know they are in good hands. We understand that photography is a personal thing and many photographers are currently wearing all of the hats. However, rest assured that your sales person will be a natural extension of your brand. Also, when you tell your clients that you have an art director that they will be meeting with, it also adds a level of prestige to your business! Having a sales team is a very natural and normal thing in all businesses and industries. Instead of taking something away, it actually adds to your brand.
